For Male Candidates
Male candidates should be able to lift and carry a weight of 35kg for a distance of 100 meters in 2 minutes in a single chance without putting the weight down.
They must be able to run for a distance of 1000 meters in 4 minutes and 15 seconds in one chance.
For Female Candidates
Female candidates should be able to carry and lift a weight of 20 kilogram for a distance of 100 meters in 2 minutes in a single chance without putting the weight down.
They must be able to run for a distance of 1000 meters in 5 minutes and 40 seconds in one chance.'
